Your coach will share his know-how and his high-level experience on Wednesday afternoons.

These sessions focus on intensive training in all types of waves. It also includes video analysis and physical preparation.
Together, we will help you create a personalized program to develop and perfect your technique and performance/confidence during competition.

Please note: to participate in our lessons, each participant must have appropriate personal insurance. In the event of an accident, the participant’s insurance will need to cover any potential medical expenses. For minors, extracurricular insurance is also required.
