Every Tuesday and Thursday from 4 PM. to 6 PM (outwith Tahitian school holidays) treat yourself with the best way to relax after work, school or a day of exploring.
Taking a sunset surf lesson provides the perfect mix of both sport and relaxation in the water. Cool off and enjoy the waves as twilight descends on Tahiti, with a backdrop of surreal sunset colors !
These courses are for everyone, from beginners to advanced. The lessons are done in groups of 8 people maximum. The sunset sessions take place in Tahiti at one of our beach locations in the town of Papenoo (Ahonu, Orofara, La Source, Rocky Point, La Baie or l’Embouchure).
As with the other programs, after a briefing, you go into the water for 2 hours of surfing. The instructor stays by your side to advise you and support your progress.
You can meet us at the surf school beach location or we can provide transportation. We can arrange a pick-up point between Punaauia and Mahina and pick you up with the school minibus.
For each lesson, we will lend you boards fitting your level of surfing.
Please note: to participate in our lessons, each participant must have appropriate personal insurance. In the event of an accident, the participant’s insurance will need to cover any potential medical expenses. For minors, extracurricular insurance is also required.
